Quintessenz second solo exhibition is called „The Part of Me“ and reflects their creative process. It takes the viewer on a journey through the past four years and shows the resulting works of art with their different phases and techniques. Even though a lot of artworks could not be more different, they show a connection among each other, which lets all of them become a whole. „The Part of Me“ reflects the way the duo works and their concept of life. Quintessenz are Thomas Granseuer and Tomislav Topic, where one part inspires the other and the other way around. Things build up on one another, repel each other and once again merge into one. „The Part of me“ is proof for two individual beings with different working techniques being able to create a whole. The emerging contrast and conflict is an infinite and always renewing source of inspiration. An ego can only be the effigy of your opponent.
